Instead of spotlighting a single artist I want to share a few songs, and artists, I have been enjoying recently.  So what better way to start than highlighting someone I have had the pleasure of following, for over 10 years now, called Shorty Mic.  Shorty Mic has had an illustrious journey in music. Whether it's been creating dope albums or opening shows for the likes of D-12, Merkules and many more amazing artists.  He is always in the rotation of artists I listen to regularly and over the last two months he has released a few bangers including 'Rest In Peace' and 'Illest Emcee'.  The way he is able to construct songs comes across like it is easy for him. What's good everybody and welcome back to the latest edition of 'Chucky's Report'!!! This time around I'm featuring, North Carolina based, Hip-Hop artist (and DeckHead Records owner) Mister Boxer. Mister Boxer hit my radar when I started working closely with R.A.W Media. If I'm being honest I wish I had found his music a lot sooner as I quickly realised what I had been missing out on. His smooth, effortless, flow instantly caught my attention and I couldn't help but dive deeper into his catalog. One of the tracks that really stood out for me was 'Single Father Freestyle' because, even though I'm not a father, it encapsulated how I would feel perfectly. This time around I'm featuring a legend of the Jersey, Channel Islands, Hip-Hop scene Bean Lebouc (formally known as B-Eazy).  Whether he's spitting fire verses or producing masterpieces with his instrumentals he will always deliver with top notch artistry.  I have been a fan of his for over a decade now watching his journey from an artist to a producer to a blogger and so much more. 'Chucky's Report' is back once again!!!  I appreciate that I said this last year, but life got in the way, and this time around I plan on releasing at least one per month.  For the first one, of 2025, I'm featuring an Alternative music duo who go by the name 'True Duology'  'True Duology' consists of artists from the opposite sides of the world. One from the USA called Cazniac and the other from the UK called ClarkyArtist!!!  They recently released their Debut EP, in December 2024, called 'Par Verum Musicorum', which is available on all major platforms, with link available at the bottom of the page!!!  Fun fact 'Par Verum Musicorum' is Latin for "A true pair of musicians". Welcome back to 'Chucky's Report' and it's back even bigger, and better, than ever before. Plus at a brand new home here at R.A.W Media, which I'm extremely honoured that they are giving me this opportunity.  So the musician that I am starting this new era with is the legendary Mrs Rhymes.  You may be asking yourself but wasn't that the artist I started with, back in the day, and the answer is yes but I still believe she deserves more shine than she currently gets as she is truly an amazing person with so much talent.  I may have said it in my original 'Chucky's Report', on Mrs Rhymes, but one of the things I truly love is that she is extremely versatile with the music she creates.
