R.A.W Classics: Stan Hansen in ECW
Before the 'E' in ECW stood for 'Extreme' it was 'Eastern' and was an affiliate of the National Wrestling Alliance. During it's early years, between 1992 - 1994, it was a regular spot for legends such as 'Superfly' Jimmy Snuka, Don Muraco, Tito Santana, Kevin Sullivan and Terry Funk. Whilst Terry Funk managed to make the transition from 'Eastern' to 'Extreme' one name, from the 'Eastern' era, that could have also made the transition, just as easily, was Stan Hansen. For those who don't know Stan Hansen was mostly known for his time in Japan as well as appearing in AWA (where he won the World title) and WCW (where he won the United States title). Not to mention he also broke the neck of, WWE legend, Bruno Sammartino in 1976!!!
