Tri-State Wrestling Alliance 'One And Done' - Official Trailer (Video)


As anticipation grows for the, one night only, return of the Tri-State Wrestling Alliance, on May 3rd, 2025, live from the 2300 Arena, the legendary promotion decided to release a trailer, for the 'One And Done' event, to remind people why this event will be such a historic night!!! 

The video features TWA founder Joel Goodhart talking about the promotions importance, and legacy, alongside footage of past events featuring the likes of Cactus Jack, Abdullah The Butcher, Jerry Lawler, Kevin Sullivan and many, many more!!! 

As we've previously mentioned if it wasn't for the Tri-State Wrestling Alliance there would have been no Eastern Championship Wrestling and without Eastern Championship Wrestling there would have been no Extreme Championship Wrestling!!! 

The above should warrant enough reason as to why this event is so important and why, just like ECW received, in 2005, with 'One Night Stand', the TWA deserves a proper send off 34 years after it closed up for business!!!

Cultaholic Presents The Complete History Of ECW (Video)

The team at Cultaholic Wrestling have been on an amazing run recently with their incredible documentaries!!! Cultaholic have decided to take a real, in depth, look at the legendary ECW promotion. The documentary, as expected, covers the companies history from 1992 until it's closing in 2001 however they go further back and also take a look at the Tri-State Wrestling Alliance (ECW's precursor) as well as what happened after ECW folded. This is a real must watch for fans of one of the most influential Pro Wrestling promotions of all time!!! Whilst ECW's history has been covered by a number of different outlets, over the years, this covers a lot of either unknown or forgotten aspects of the promotion. The Rise & Fall Of Mike Awesome: The WWE Years

Mike Awesome's run in WWF/E was a huge flop!!! It's a pretty sad way to start off but, sadly, it's a fact. Awesome's WCW contract was absorbed, as a part of WWF's purchase of WCW on March 23rd 2001, and, to be fair, his run started off pretty strong with a victory over Rhyno for the WWF Hardcore title, on June 25th 2001, which made him the first WCW 'invader' to capture a WWF title. Shortly after that Awesome (kind of) re-joined ECW as a part of 'The Alliance' stable (alongside WCW), on July 9th 2001, and had started a feud with Edge which lead to a match between Awesome and Lance Storm facing Edge and Christian at WWF's 'InVasion' PPV, on July 22nd, and then, well, nothing. Awesome was relegated to matches on shows like 'Sunday Night Heat' in which he was mostly on the losing end of his matches.
